Materials returned. Credit still to come.
Keep the handover proof with what you sent back, then check the supplier’s credit line by line on your own computer. What is still open stays visible until it is settled.
Local evaluation. No account, no checkout, no supplier portal. App interface in English and Dutch.

Record the handover
Reference, supplier, project, each article and its expected credit. A photo or file as the proof.
Check the credit
Import the supplier’s CSV or enter the PDF lines. Confirm each exact article match yourself.
Follow up what is open
Open returns ranked by amount, with the evidence and a draft enquiry ready.
Record what you handed back
Add the reference, supplier, project and return terms. Enter each article, its quantity and expected credit. Attach a photo or file as the handover proof.
The record stays on the phone until you export it to the office. Nothing leaves the device on its own.

Confirm what actually came back
Import a supported credit CSV, or enter the PDF lines while checking the preserved original. CrateTally proposes exact article matches. You check and confirm each one.
Partial credits leave the remainder open. A wrong article cannot be confirmed against a different return. Fees stay separate from article credit, and a confirmation can be undone with a reason.
Nothing open goes quiet
Open returns are ranked by amount, and a supplier credit that matches no return is flagged. Download the original evidence and an English or Dutch draft enquiry.
Nothing is sent for you. CrateTally does not read supplier portals, post to your bookkeeping or collect money.
Capture on the phone or the tablet. Review on your computer.
The iPhone, iPad and Android apps are the capture surface. Each saves the return on the device and exports a record you carry to the office yourself. Office review runs on your own computer and keeps its own copy.

Questions
Where is the information stored?
Capture records stay on the phone or tablet. You choose what to export. Office review keeps its own copy in a local database. Keep backups of both, and retain the originals.
Does it connect to suppliers or bookkeeping?
No. This evaluation does not read supplier portals, post accounting entries or collect money. You import documents and confirm credits yourself.
Are PDF credits read automatically?
No. A PDF credit note is entered line by line beside the preserved original. CSV credits in the supported English and Dutch profiles import directly.
What does it cost?
No purchase or subscription is available yet. Pricing is still being tested, and this local evaluation is not a public launch.
Keep the proof. Check the credit.
How CrateTally is made
Every oomny app is built by one person, with AI. You should hear that from us rather than find it out later.
“AI slop” is a fair name for a real thing: software nobody read, nobody answers for, pushed at people who did not ask for it. This app is not that. We read what ships. Every build goes through tests and automated checks before it reaches you. The app does its work on your device, it does not invent things about your data, and it never puts a bot in front of you pretending to be a person. You pay once, and a person answers support mail.
CrateTally uses no AI in the product. It proposes exact article matches from user-supplied records; a person checks every credit and fee, and enters PDF lines against the preserved original. Capture files are stored on the device. You choose which files to export to your office, where local web review stores its own copy.
If you find a place where this app is careless, that is our mistake, not the tool’s. Tell us and we will fix it.
